Let Your Designer Series Paper Do the Hard Work!

If you're in need of multiple cards, why not let your Designer Series Paper do all of the work for you creating that Wow! factor?  In this post, I've used the Flower & Field Designer Series Paper.  This is a SALE-a-bration item that you can earn for FREE with a $60 product purchase (before shipping & tax).  It is a 12" x 12" pack of paper and it has mostly dark floral patterns on one side (by dark I mean that the background is black in most of them which accents the brilliant colours of the flowers) and on the reverse side there are leaves, stripes, polka dots and some other unique patterns.  As I start to expand my team, I decided to make up a few "Welcome to the Team" cards to get ahead of the game and I found that this paper was perfect for this task.

Because I used the same template and just switched up the colours, I wanted to show you a few more samples of what you can make with this pack of paper, so I borrowed Stampin' Up!'s picture.  Here you can see various cards and some neat ways to use this paper - fussy cutting some of the bigger floral images for either the main focus of your card or project or for accents is a great way to use up this paper, especially if you're not a big fan of the floral images.  It's one way to tone down the "busy-ness" of the paper if you find it a bit much.  In a couple of the samples they have also made great use of the Label Me Fancy punch, pictured on Pg. 166 of the 2020 - 2021 Annual Catalogue.  This punch is great on its own as a label or can be used as a tag with either ribbon running through slits on the sides of the tag or through the hole in the top.  Lots of great coordination going on in the samples below!
