To create this project, I started with a Whisper White cardstock base. I then layered a piece of the beautiful Feels Like Frost designer series paper on a layer of Basic Black cardstock. You will have a hard time cutting this beautiful paper as both sides are stunning - one side for its breathtaking sceneries and the other side for its silver foil accents (I have chosen to use the silver foil accents side for this particular card). Using the Snow Globe Scenes Dies from the AC pg. 182, I cut out the snowglobe from the layered pieces as I wanted the white card base to be the background for my snowglobe scene. I cut the trees from the black glimmer paper, the deer from the silver foil, the intricate snowglobe base from the silver foil and the snowglobe base from black cardstock.
To assemble, I adhered the layered designer series paper to the front of my card once I had cut out the snowglobe. I then adhered the trees to the case of my card, centering them in the middle of my cut-out snowglobe. I popped up the silver foil deer with dimensionals and added a few rhinestones as stars for the background. For the base of the snowglobe, I adhered the silver foil to the black cardstock using the fine tip glue pen, but you could also use tombow (multipurpose liquid glue).
